In connection with a wastewater inspection, values in the wastewater for, among other things, lead and copper are found to be up to 455 times higher than the maximum permitted, which is why a cleaning solution is needed if the foundry wants to continue discharging the water to the sewer system.
The WaterCare heavy metal separator has reduced these values to <4 μg/L.
