WaterCare has delivered two large settling tanks to the Faroese Stadium, located in the heart of Tórshavn. The plant is carefully dimensioned to handle wastewater from up to 800 person equivalents (PE), making it capable of meeting the needs of both daily operations and major events. The two settling tanks, which together form a total width of 2.6 meters and a length of 30 meters, are designed to ensure efficient and stable treatment of the wastewater.
This significant capacity means that the stadium's wastewater management is robust and reliable, even during major sporting events, concerts and other events with high visitor numbers.
