Pump well with extra pump sump for grey wastewater
In larger infiltration systems it may be necessary to use a well with extra volume/larger pump sump. This is because the required pump sump increases with the number of infiltration strings. The pump well must accommodate a sump (below the inlet) of at least 5 x vol. of the distribution pipes.
